ABOUT THE BLOGGER

I have always been inspired by people who are able to imagine impossibilities, dream seemingly outrageous dreams, and make the world a more beautiful place in the process. 
Me creating Confessions of a Wannabe Priest is my attempt at finding a way to make my heart sing as I engage with my faith and the world around me. 
I am currently a recovering evangelical pastor, a hopeful ordination candidate in a mainline tradition, and a true believer in the power of story, empathy, peacemaking, resurrection affirming moments that sustain our lives. I have a MA in Christian formation and discipleship and a deep seeded love for weaving together the Gospel and life in unexpected ways.
